Our processing of your personal data

We process personal data provided by you in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you

with references to the defined task you ask us to do. Collection of personal data happens when you shop in our webshop, subscribe to our newsletter, browse on our site, or when you participate in activities on our website.

The personal data we collect is typical:

When we receive formal written complaints, we contact the sender to follow up on the complaint. We cooperate with the relevant legislative authorities, e.g. The Data Inspectorate, to resolve complaints about the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve directly with our users.
